OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE

Dear Valued Co-op Partners Warehouse Customers

As we navigate through this unprecedented time, Co-op Partners Warehouse continues to evaluate our current practices, policies, and procedures to ensure that we are being responsible business citizens for communities across the upper Midwest. We want to take this time to share updates and changes that have been enacted.

Effective 10/01/22, In the common area of the building: Masks are voluntary. All employees have access to disposable masks and gloves.

Effective Monday 2/28/2022, In the common areas of the building: masks are voluntary for those who are fully vaccinated (including booster), and are required for those who are not fully vaccinated. All employees have access to disposable masks and gloves.

Effective Monday 8/16/2021, In the common areas of the building: masks are again required for all. All employees will have access to disposable masks and gloves.

Effective Monday 6/14/2021, In the common areas of the building: masks are voluntary for those who are vaccinated, and are encouraged for those who are not vaccinated. All employees have access to disposable masks and gloves.

Effective Thursday 5/7/2020, All warehouse employees are required to wear masks in the common areas of the building. All employees have access to disposable masks and gloves.

Effective Sunday 3/15/2020, Office access is limited to CPW staff only for everyone’s continued safety. The Co-op Partners Warehouse building entrance is closed to outside visitors including will-call customers. Current customers who pick up directly at our St. Paul location need to follow the specific directions below.  

·         Will-call hours 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday 

·         Place orders 24 hours ahead of time. Upon arrival to CPW, phone us from the parking lot and we will transport orders to the will-call dock. Please do not enter the building. 

·         Orders will be brought out to a designated will call dock for you to receive  

 What we are doing at Co-op Partners Warehouse

·         Monitoring and following guidelines for the food industry as established by the Minnesota Department of Health and CDC

·         Enforcing that all warehouse personnel are wearing protective gloves when handling product. 

·         Recommending employees to stay home if they have fever or any other symptoms. 

·         Instructing employees to wash hands more frequently, using the CDC hand washing guidelines. 

·         Disinfecting of common surfaces, door handles, carts, shared work equipment, floors, and racks on a more frequent basis. 

·         Updating our emergency response plan so we are well prepared for the potential impacts of the virus. 

·         Working with our vendors and suppliers to maintain a consistent level of service and product deliveries for our community.  

·         Limiting will-call customer orders and invoices to be transferred down to the will-call loading dock. 

·         Limiting meetings with outside visitors and vendors who are not employees of CPW, for a future time when social distancing has been rescinded. 

·         We will not be offering split cases on any produce items until further notice.
